SUMMARY:
Kevin G. Chan, MD is a urologic surgeon who specializes in treating erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, urinary tract reconstruction, and urologic retroperitoneal disease and also performs laparoscopic nephrectomies and adrenalectomies. Dr Chan also treats all aspects of general urology, including benign prostatic hyperplasia and kidney stones. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Chan's research interests include erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence. Dr. Chan has received a number of honors and awards, including the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons Outstanding Laparoendoscopic Resident Award and the Pfizer Scholar in Urology Award.

Dr. Chan earned his medical degree at the University of Southern California School of Medicine and completed his internship and urology residency at the Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Medical Center. He joined City of Hope Cancer Center's Department of Urology and Urologic Oncology in August 2004.
